What are the types of replication that you could create in Windows server 2008?

File Replication: When the File Replication Service (FRS) detects a change to a file, such as the creation of a new file or the modification to an existing file, it replicates it to other servers in the group

There are two types of replication that you could created in windows server 2008.

* Multipurpose Replication Group
* Replication group for data collection.

Multipurpose Replication Group:
This option configures replication between two or more servers for publication, content sharing and other scenarios.

Replication group for data collection:
This option configures two-way replication between two severs. such as a branch server and a hub (destionation) server. This allows you to collect data at the hub server. You can then use backup software to back up the data on the hub server
